ARP 274 (The NGC 5679 Group) is a triplet of galaxies approximately 400 million light years away in Virgo.
The galaxies were originally thought to be interacting but based on the spiral shapes which are generally intact it is now thought that they are not.
The smaller galaxy NGC 5679C is showing what appears to be star formation regions.
At the upper portion of the frame is the very low surface brightness spiral PGC 52141 with an estimated magnitude of 17.
Imaged in LRGB on our Planewave CDK 1000 at Observatorio El Sauce, Chile.
