
SH2 280 is a not often imaged faint diffuse emission nebula situated around 5500 light years from here in Monoceros. The position in the sky is just over 2 degrees away from the better known Rosette Nebula.
Imaged in SHO Narrowband on our RiDK 400 at Observatorio, El Sauce, Chile.
