NGC 4930 is a relatively faint barred spiral galaxy 140 million light years away in Centaurus. It is not often imaged. The galaxy presents fairly tight spiral arms, and an active nucleus. There are a number of star forming regions especially within the arm structures.
Imaged in LRGB on our Planewave CDK 1000 at Observatorio El Sauce, Chile.
