NGC 2185 is a relatively faint reflection nebula in the constellation of Monoceros.
While rather spectacular in its own right, it is often overlooked in favor of its immediate neighbor NGC 2170 “The Angel Nebula”.
To the left connecting to NGC 2185 is NGC 2183 a blue reflection nebula.
To the right is the blue reflection nebula VDB 74 with a Hydrogen alpha component.
There are two small additional blue reflection nebulae at the top right and left.
The nebulae are set within an extensive dust cloud.
