Closeup NGC 2736 The Pencil Nebula.
A part of the vela supernova remnant this close up image shows the nebula’s linear appearance with many fine tendrils and filaments; giving rise to the name The Pencil Nebula.
Imaged in Ha OIII narrowband and RGB on our RiDK 500 at Observatorio El Sauce, Chile.
