LDN 204 is a dark nebula located in the constellation of Ophiucus.
There is an obvious range of dust surrounding the portions of the nebula which are otherwise totally obscured and appear black due to the density of the dust within the nebula.
There are some very faint proximate blue reflection regions outside the perimeter of the dark nebula.
Imaged in LRGB on my Planewave DR 350 at Observatorio El Sauce, Chile.
