NGC 7183 is a Lenticular Galaxy situated 119 million light years away in the constellation of of Aquarius.
It has a bright core region and well defined multiple dust lanes
There are numerous distant background galaxies. Immediately proximate in the field of view are PGC 862693 a blue spiral galaxy seen above NGC 7183 at a distance of 500 million light years.
PGC 135397 a lenticular galaxy seen as the second galaxy above NGC 7183 at a distance of 400 million light years and PGC 862457 a spiral galaxy immediately above NGC 7183 at a distance of 1.25 billion light years, which given its size in the field of indicates that it is a very large spiral galaxy.
