NGC 6810 is a spiral galaxy located 87 million light years away in the constellation of Pavo.
The galaxy is classed as an early type, which contrary to one might think the term means it is already in transition towards an elliptical galaxy.
Studies have determined that is no activity in the nucleus region.
The galaxy is very small in the field of view at 1.2 x .9’ limiting how much detail can be resolved.
Imaged in LRGB on my Planewave CDK 1000 at Observatorio El Sauce, Chile.
