RCW 103 is a supernova remnant that is is situated 10,700 light years away in Norma.
The center of the remnant has was is thought to be a Magnetar which is a magnetically strong neutron star. This Magnetar is considered very unusual as it has a spin rate of 6.5 hours while other Magnetars spin in seconds or minutes. This may be the slowest pulsar ever detected.
